Do you have an adorable patient with a big personality whom you’d like to nominate for the 2022 calendar photo shoot?

Nominating a patient is a great way to promote the wonderful care you provide to patients and families every day. While we have many adorable kids among our employees, please nominate children of non-employees first!

We are looking for a diverse group of patients who meet the following criteria:

• Between ages 3 - 18
• Ability to follow simple directions
• Cute, charismatic, unique and/or energetic
• Families open to sharing their story (Based on your best judgment - Patient stories are featured on our blog in their calendar month.)
