Ear, nose and throat (otolaryngology)

Expert, compassionate ear, nose, and throat care for kids

Ear, nose and throat problems in children can impair not only their comfort and quality of life, but their development, too. Our pediatric otolaryngologists diagnose and treat the full spectrum of ear, nose and throat problems in children, and provide facial plastic and reconstructive services.

From the common…

They're part of childhood: Ear infections. Our pediatric ENT physicians and staff have just the remedy to treat common conditions such as these and others, including:

  • Allergies
  • Ear drum perforations
  • Hearing loss
  • Hoarseness and voice abnormalities
  • Neck masses
  • Obstructive sleep apnea
  • Recurrent nosebleeds
  • Recurrent otitis media (ear infections)
  • Recurrent sinusitis
  • Recurrent tonsillitis
  • Tongue tie

…to the complex

ENT issues have the potential to delay your child’s development, impact health and create long-term complications. We also diagnose and treat more complex ENT conditions, such as:

  • Airway abnormalities
  • Airway obstruction
  • Bone-anchored auditory implants
  • Cleft lip
  • Cleft palate
  • Cochlear implantation
  • Congenital aural atresia
  • Craniofacial malformations
  • Facial paralysis
  • Facial trauma
  • Head and neck nevi
  • Head and neck tumors
  • Hemangiomas (benign tumors)
  • Lymphatic malformations
  • Microtia (undeveloped external ear)
  • Protruding or prominent ears
  • Scar revision
  • Swallowing disorders
  • Vascular malformations
  • Velopharyngeal insufficiency (related to speech)
