Sarah Irby Deis joined Children's Hospital Foundation in 2013 as Community Relations Manager. She holds a bachelor's degree from James Madison University and a Masters of Arts in nonprofit organizations from the University of Georgia. An active member of the Richmond community, Sarah is a member of the Greater Richmond Association of Volunteer Administrators (GRAVA) where she serves on the scholarship committee and has a certificate in volunteer resource management.
After spending several years volunteering at a variety of non-profit organizations herself, Sarah feels lucky to work with volunteers and community partners each day. She enjoys meeting new people and working with them to find the best fit to support CHF.
Born and raised in Richmond, VA, Sarah enjoys traveling, spending time with family, playing tennis, and volunteering.
