Favorite things about residency at CHoR:
The people! Everyone is friendly/approachable, and it feels like we're all working together to improve the health of the kiddos of central Virginia. I also love our diverse patient population, the size of the residency (big enough to always have enough coverage but small enough to know everyone), and the new, beautiful Children's Hospital!

Favorite things to do and eat in Richmond / Hobbies:
Richmond has so many great restaurants and breweries! Some of my favorite breweries are Ardent, Starr Hill, Vasen, and Triple Crossing (also has great pizza). Some of my favorite restaurants are Sabai, Little Nickel, Stella's Grocery, Joe's Inn, and En Su Boca! I spend most of my free time with friends at restaurants and breweries, I love a good afternoon sitting on the porch, and never miss an opportunity to spend a day relaxing by the James River.

Fun fact about me:
I've been charged by a buffalo on two separate occasions in Yellowstone National Park!
