Dr. Olson's research utilizes the study of human factors to improve care at the bedside in the pediatric ICU using simulation as a translational lab. She hopes to merge these findings with the collaborative quality improvement initiative pediRES-Q efforts to improve resuscitation science for the pediatric population via quality implementation bundles.
