Research areas

My research focuses on tissue injury and repair mechanisms. Our group is interested in tissue fibrosis, cancer, and chronic inflammation. Altered or dysregulated tissue repair mechanisms are keys to understand human diseases. We look at a variety of immune cells , endothelial cells, epithelial cells, and mesenchymal cells (fibroblasts)
