VCCN board of managers provides oversight to VCCN initiatives and patient-centered objectives.

The quality improvement committee reports to VCCN board of managers. The QIC establishes clinical practice guidelines and identifies and recommends best practices in driving quality improvement. Works collaboratively with participating providers in VCCN to monitor and evaluate ongoing clinical performance.

The practice manager advisory council (PMAC) is comprised of VCCN practice managers or practice leads. The council will serve as a forum to network with other pediatric practice managers, participate in educational offerings and collaborate on best practice initiatives.

The Contracting and finance committee reports to VCCN board of managers. The committee has oversight of contracting model activities of the CIN and assures alignment of incentives across participating providers.
