RE Time spent w/ patient; I'm continually surprised in a pleasant way just how much attention I receive as a patient from care providers here compared to other organizations.

Even after the visit I had yesterday where the Dr was very thorough. This morning I recieved another follow-up message where the Dr was still working on my case behind the scenes so to speak because she followed-up with me, when I am not even her normal patient and gave me even more information about something we discussed during the visit. Top notch, I appreciate the hardwork and effort. Makes me know that my care matters to her.

Therese is a shining jewel! She has seen both mysrlf and my husband and I would trust my orthro care to no one but her. She takes her time, really listens to you, allows you to express your opintion about optuons she gives you and makes you feel so at ease. A consumate professional in every way!! I absolutely love her and I hope VCU Health appreciates this wonderful lady.
