Dr. Shaunette Davey is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon who joined the Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU team after completing her service in the United States Army. Dr. Davey completed her residency at William Beaumont Army Medical Center/Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2015 where she had the honor of being selected as the Administrative Chief Resident and received the Raymond Bagg, MD. Award for excellence in orthopaedics. She then served as a general orthopaedic surgeon at Fort Belvoir Community Hospital, during which time she was deployed to the Middle East, twice, in support of U.S military operations in this region. She was named the Chief of the Orthopaedic Clinic at FBCH 2018-2019.
Upon separation from the military she completed her fellowship in Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
