Tiffanie A Aiken, MD

Dr. Aiken joined the CHoR team in 2026 and serves as director of our pediatric acute and chronic pain programs. Fellowship trained in both pediatric anesthesiology and pediatric pain management, she is passionate about helping children manage pain and improve their quality of life. Dr. Aiken often tells patients that while she may not be able to take away all of their pain, she can help "turn down the volume" to support recovery after surgery and improve quality of life for children living with chronic pain. She is dedicated to empowering her patients and enjoys teaching others about medicine, anesthesia and pain management.

When she's not caring for kids at the hospital, Dr. Aiken enjoys spending time with her children, cooking, playing games and listening to music.
