The provider was very quick to recommend surgery (tubes) without explaining other treatment options. But when we asked about a hearing test and another treatment route. She was open to it.

Stephanie Is very experienced and thorough. She has an excellent bedside manner. She is also great with children. My 3 year old daughter is asking when she will see Miss Stephanie again.
