Dr. Raza joined VCU and CHoR in 2018 as an associate professor of child and adolescent psychiatry after serving as an attending and medical director for the adolescent partial pospital program at Tower Health in Reading, Pennsylvania.
He currently has an outpatient clinic at Virginia Treatment Center for Children. He has over a decade experience treating complex patients with mental health issues, especially patients with autism associated with comorbid psychiatric diagnosis such as intellectual disabilities, language impairment, ADHD, mood and aggression.
He is actively involved in training the next generation of adult and pediatric psychiatrists.
Dr. Raza is a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and is board certified in Adult, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
