Bio

Dr. Engels joined the CHoR team in 2024. He is a member of the Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America and is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. 

When he's not caring for kids, he enjoys scuba diving, bird watching and making pizza with family.

The Dr spoke mostly to my mom and not to me. He seemed to not believe that I am having the pain that I am actually having

He was great! Funny; which eased the anxiety in the room a bit and made It comfortable to talk to him. He answered all of our questions, and showed me the X-rays of my son's arm so I knew exactly what he was talking about.
