Bio
Elethia “Lee” Moore is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who is board certified across the lifespan to treat and manage a variety of mental health disorders at all ages.
Throughout her nursing career, she has specialized in working with individuals with serious mental illness (SMI), individuals with co-occurring intellectual disability-developmental disability (ID-DD) and SMI, co-occurring substance use disorder (SUD) and SMI, and those experiencing psychiatric crisis.
She is both a qualified mental health professional (QMHP) and a wualified developmental disability professional (QDDP) and has worked for several years in the REACH program in the community services board with adults and children with autism spectrum disorder. She has a
strong belief in holistic, quality care for all, and a passion for working with diverse, vulnerable, underserved, marginalized, disadvantaged populations where she advocates for the reduction of health disparities and stigma in BIPOC populations.
She is a member the Theta Tau International Honor Society for Nurses and Delta Epsilon Sigma National Catholic Honor Society and also holds memberships to the American Psychiatric Nurses Association, Black Nurses Rock and DNPs of Color.
When she's not caring for kids, her hobbies include reading, volunteering, watching Investigation Discovery and traveling the world.
