I don't want to feel rushed.
January 2026
Visits was very quick. In and out. Could have spent more time. I had a few more questions, but felt the visit was very focused on one thing. I felt like I needed to make another appt to talk about other related issues.

Very good.
December 2025
Excellent at summarizing the plan with suggestions and why we were switching meds

I spent more time with the registration clerk than I did with the doctor. The doctor seemed like he didn't want to be in the room from the second he came in the door. I tried to bring up other skin issues and he disregarded them. I still have areas of concern but feel like I need to go to a different provider/practice to be seen.
November 2025
I am very pleased with Dr. Milgraum.
November 2025
Dr Milgruim is so kind and patient. He listens to my daughter and makes her feel safe and supported in her care. She asked to nominate him for an award as we left!
November 2025
New patient, no one aked about my records or in depth about carry over from my previous dermatologist. I did mention previous situations not remembering names of before prescribed meds, expected to be asked where records and who was previous dermatologist, did not happen. Mention about my skin progressing to translucent with no conversation on that concern, what healtheffects/consequences, or if I should do anything to slow or reverse.

This was a very fast new patient visit that did feel rushed. Physician did recommend same day treatment with little discussion of options until *I* asked questions and then there was a bit of an awkward pause. Physician recommended three different medications. One over the counter and two prescriptions. No discussion of those. I had to chase him down after the visit to ask again "what was the OTC one you mentioned to me".
September 2025
We did not remember the instructions for the RX and extra items were sent to the pharmacy which we did not talk about.
September 2025

July 2025
This is my second visit with this doctor. I believe he cares about the concerns of his patients. I requested an appointment because I noticed a flare up of the Pemphigus. I wanted to make sure I can get treatment before it goes ballistic. My hopes are that I will receive my Infusions soon. I am happy I did not have to go with the prednisone or cellcept medications. We know what worked.
July 2025
This was my very first visit with this provider

Provider, Dr. Milligram is fantastic with pediatric patients. He is wonderful with my daughter that has major anxiety, especially at doctor appointments. He explains everything in detail with patients and is kind.

I was very impressed with Dr. Milgraum, he absolutely accommodated my request for an appointment and completed his biopsy and frozen multiple lesions within 30 minutes. I would recommend him highly to any friend or family member. I really hope he remains at VCU Health in the dermatology department!

January 2025
This was my first visit with this physician. He was very efficient, professional, and friendly.
January 2025
When a provider walks into a room, I expect that they have at minimum looked over my medical history and know a little bit about me and my extensive medical history- especially when I was referred to his clinic for a family history of cancer and he isn't aware of any of that. I will not be returning to this provider
December 2024
Dr. Milgraum was great. This was my first visit with the dermatology practice here.
December 2024
Dr Milgrum seemed to be in a hurry during my appointment. I felt like the exam was rushed. He was talking over me. At the end of his exam, I was trying to ask a question and he was in such a hurry to leave the room that I received prescriptions with little to no explanation in how to use them together. I googled how to use the medications.
December 2024
This was not a good visit. Will not return
November 2024
He was fine
October 2024
My first time meeting Dr. Milgraum and I definitely appreciate his expertise and thankful he acknowledged the fact of me rely's on my cochlear implant being that I'm [...] deaf, he spoke in a manner that made it better for me, he also knew my ongoing issue with [...] lymphoma and lastly he did two biopsies and I didn't feel any pain or I wasn't nervous, that's a plus in my book.
October 2024
