Dr. Alle is the BEST. We have followed her to Richmond since she moved from our [...] area. We love her because she takes the time and genuinely cares about the well being of her patients. You can tell this because she listens without interrupting, she answers every question whether you have just 1 or 101, and most importantly....she lets the kids speak if they want to make comments or have questions/concerns about their care.

Husband was at the office with son, I was called on the phone. She asked the same questions to me as she did my husband. Husband felt it was rude that she was reasking as though his answers weren't sufficient. If she would have just said let me ask mom for clarification that would have resolved it. Husband felt that was rude. Other than that, overall it was a good experience. I had to ask for clarification on the medication via portal, but received my answer.
