Mr. Luke Balmer (NP) is an exceptional individual and professional medical provider. He is very thorough and focused on the on short and long term care of the Individual. If he would prefer to seek further assessment In managing care advise from other, he does not hesitate to be honest and tell you the same. I feel he keeps the big picture and goals In mind ay all times and doesn't view his patients as "just another customer" and [...] or profit for the VCU Health Institution. He should selected as a mentor and educator for the for fellow staff and student as VCU Health Is a care/research and learning Institute.
