Jessica Hess was amazing!

We LOVE Dr. Jess Hess! She is always friendly and answers all of our questions even my anxious mama questions. We always feel better after meeting with her. We are so lucky to have a provider that makes my daughter (her patient) and me (the mother) feel so at ease and cared for. She always comes in smiling and genuinely understands all my mama anxiety questions and makes me feel at ease.

She's amazing! She just got back from maternity leave and she hit the ground running! She's best attentive and she listened to all of my concerns. I feel extremely comfortable with her and I trust that my child is receiving the absolute best care!

Very good.

Jessica seems very kind and caring. However, I am appalled at her clinical reasoning and treatment plan. She could not explain to me what the numbers meant on her skin prick testing and I felt that she did not give me any more information than a google search could have provided. I really need someone to help me understand what the numbers mean from a skin prick test and Ig test and how they pertain to my daughter. Based on her numbers it is not making sense to me that she needs an epi pen in case of an exposure to peanuts, tree nuts or sesame seeds.
