Dr. Rhodes strongly believes in providing coordinated interdisciplinary care for children with complex and unusual craniofacial anomalies. Virginia's only dedicated craniofacial and pediatric plastic surgeon, Dr. Rhodes attended medical school at the University of Pennsylvania and completed residencies in general surgery and plastic surgery, as well as a craniofacial surgery fellowship under the direction of Jeffrey A. Fearon, MD. She is board certified in both general surgery and plastic surgery and has presented on craniofacial topics at national and international conferences.
