Dr. Mapp is a lifelong Richmonder who attended medical school at VCU and completed his residency here at CHoR. He founded a global health nonprofit, Extra Mile Pediatrics, in 2018 to provide pediatric health care and health care solutions for families who have little to no access to medical care for their children.
When he's not caring for kids in Downtown Richmond or in Central America, Dr. Mapp enjoys running, listening to live music and visiting Richmond's great restaurants and breweries.
