Dr. Millan joined the VCU faculty in 2015. He is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, American Academy of Pediatrics, Society for Pediatric Anesthesia, Congenital Cardiac Anesthesiology Society, Society of Cardiovascular Anesthesiology and the Oklahoma Society of Anesthesiologists.
