Bio

Dr. Szabo joined the VCU faculty in 2015. She is a member of the North American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition (NASPGHAN) and the Collaborative Alliance for Pancreatic Education and Research (CAPER).

dr. szabo is absolutely fantastic. she takes my son's needs seriouslyand never makes me feel stupid. she doesn't rush us or speak over my head. I believe she truly cares. I feel like we are part of a team to get our son where he needs to be in the end.

Dr. Szabo has not given up on finding the right treatment for more daughter. I think she is awesome and I am so glad we found her. I have recommended her to a couple of my friends and will continue recommending her.
