Conversations with CMHRC: Conflict management

Led by one of our licensed clinicians and mental health experts at VTCC, this group is for parents and guardians seeking to gain insight into how to deescalate escalating situations with your youth. Understand how to pick your battles and much more.

Join us to learn more! Our one-hour virtual groups are designed to provide hands-on, real-life resources and skills to help families thrive. Groups are facilitated by mental health professionals from Virginia Treatment Center for Children and our Cameron K. Gallagher Mental Health Resource Center. The group will include a presentation and open Q&A session where participants can ask questions anonymously through the chat function.
