Conversations with CMHRC: Anxiety and depression

Led by one of our licensed clinicians and mental health experts at VTCC, this group is for parents and guardians seeking to learn a deeper understanding of depression and anxiety and how to help youth cope in a healthy way. 

Join us to learn more! Our one-hour virtual groups are designed to provide hands-on, real-life resources and skills to help families thrive. Groups are facilitated by mental health professionals from Virginia Treatment Center for Children and our Cameron K. Gallagher Mental Health Resource Center. The group will include a presentation and open Q&A session where participants can ask questions anonymously through the chat function.
