6-year-old Abigail has always loved arts and crafts. From jewelry making to painting, her creativity is unleashed anytime she has art supplies. Unfortunately, her creativity and excitement has also come with a few accidents along the way. The first, a sliced cornea due to a run in with construction paper while doing crafts with her family, happened when she was just 4 years old.
Like most 16-year-olds, Dusty Moore likes music and sports. But in October, he traded his favorite tunes for soothing classical music. Why? A particularly rough night on the football field resulted in a traumatic brain injury (TBI, also referred to as a concussion), and Dusty was on what his doctors called "brain rest."
Watching Trace dance around at his Wiggles themed first birthday party, you would never know the health scare he gave his parents just days into his little life.
