About the institute

Child Health Research Institute

Dedicated to nurturing the champion in every child through research

Research is fundamental to fulfilling our mission at the Children’s Hospital of Richmond, to bring health and wellness to all children, nurturing the champion in each one of them. From discovering new drugs to treat disease to better diagnostic tools, from improving the equitable provision of health care to children to clinical trials for a wide range of conditions, research is woven into everything we do for children.
