Resources for Out-of-Town Families
Many of our Day Patient Feeding Program families come from outside the Richmond area. To assist them in making arrangements and accessing services, our day program coordinator:
- Schedules admissions, obtains authorizations and equipment, arranges therapy services and testing, provides lodging and transportation information.
- Coordinates care with payers and community agencies
- Researches and obtains community and hospital services
- Provides education on finances and available resources
