Why choose CHoR for breastfeeding support?

The World Health Organization and American Academy of Pediatrics recommend exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months of life. The providers in our breastfeeding clinic are dedicated to helping women achieve this goal by offering resources and reassurance for mothers who have never breastfed or are struggling with breastfeeding.

These specialists are International Board Certified Lactation Consultants and provide care in the newborn nursery as well as the breastfeeding clinic. The physician, nurse practitioners and nurses have extensive experience helping families throughout all stages of the breastfeeding process, from birth to the six-month mark and beyond.
