Dr. Lee is a native Virginian who grew up in Virginia Beach. He graduated from the University of Virginia with a BA in economics. He received his MD degree from the Medical College of Virginia in 1994 and completed his pediatric residency at VCU Health System in 1997. He also serves as the co-director of the M3 Pediatric Clerkship and program director of pediatric hospital medicine fellowship. CHoR has the only pediatric hospital medicine fellowship in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and he has been instrumental in its inception.
