Bio

Dr. Hendricks-Munoz is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, American Academy of Developmental Pediatricians and the Eastern Society of Pediatric Research. She is an inductee of the American Pediatric Society (APS), the most prestigious academic honor from the American Academy of Pediatrics as well as a standing member of the NIH Study Section KNOD (Kidney, Nutrition, Obesity and Diabetes) and the AAP Council on Quality Improvement and Patient Safety (COQIPS). She is currently Founder and Director of the JACKS Summer Scholars Undergraduate and Medical School Research and Mentorship Program at CHoR and Deputy Director of the VCU Center on Health Disparities.
